Old Hollywood

Old Hollywood Ginn is a delight if you’ve never tasted brandy-barrel aged gin. Combined with sweet Madagascan vanilla bean and Bitters Lab Juniper & Sage bitters for one day in the Oak Bottle is a new classic in the making.

Serves 1

• 3 oz 1 day Oak Bottle aged Old Hollywood Ginn
• 1 vanilla bean
• 1 tsp Oak Bottle Mini aged simple syrup
• 1-2 oz  sparkling water
• Fresh edible flowers or orange flame garnish optional
• Handful of ice

Preparation 

In your Oak Bottle combine gin, 1 sliced open vanilla bean and bitters for 1 day.

For your cocktail, fill a highball with ice, pour contents of Oak Bottle over ice and top with soda water.
